New England 2005

Over labor day weekend, I flew out to New England for Kat's Wedding on Saturday and brunch Sunday morning. Afterwards, over the next 28 hours, I quickly drove through New Hampshire and Maine, spending the night in Portland before high-tailing it back to Boston to catch my return flight with 10 minutes to spare. Highlights include getting pulled over by the New Hampshire State Police for speeding and then getting off with a warning, tax free outlet mall shopping, a rushed drive along the Kancamagus Highway through the White Mountains National Forest, visiting the Democratic Party Headquarters in Kennebunkport and waking up before dawn to photograph a couple of Maine lighthouses.
